Robert died peacefully at home on March 21, 2017 surrounded by family. Robert was born in Santa Fe, NM on October 26, 1935. Preceded in death by his parents Angelo and Eufrosina “Flossie”, his sons Eric Angelo and Gilbert Joseph and his brothers Roland, Ronald and Richard Rotunno.
He is survived by his wife Elsey Mae, his Siblings: Mariana Dodge, Rudy Rotunno (Hope), Randy Rotunno (Janiece), and Catherine Holys (Julian), His children: son R. Steve Rotunno (Sharon), daughters Cindy Mount (Jeff), Lorraine Rotunno, Nancy Rotunno, Gilda Montaño (Tomas), and step daughter Lenora Anatra (Robert). Martha Luna Rotunno the mother of his children. His grandchildren: Melanie, Erica (Jessie), Lisa (Armando), Justin (Andrea), Milton Edwards, Angelo (Joanna), Stefanie, Shawna (Shawn), Lucia, Philip, Samantha (Jamie), Anthony, Nathan (Kim), and Amanda. Great grandchildren: Isabella, Isaiah, Aaron, Isaac, Addison, Isabell, Aiden, Eden, Gabriel, Joseph, Ava, Luciano, Kennedy and Anthony. And many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and family.
Services are as follows: Visitation on Thursday March 23rd at 5:00PM at Berardinelli Mortuary rosary to follow at 6:30. Funeral Services will be Friday March 24th at the Santuario de Guadalupe at 9:00AM.
Serving as pallbearers are his grandsons Justin, Angelo, Philip, Milton, Isaiah, Isaac and special friend Gilbert Baca.
