I was saddened to learn of your mother’s passing. I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to know her. All of you (including your mom) never failed to thank me for my assistance and (again, including your mom) have been unfailingly kind. What I have taken away from knowing Ramona will stay in my heart for the rest of my life. She had a tremendous sense of humor (I remember her giggling at my puzzled look when she spoke to me in Spanish) and the softest heart towards animals of anyone I’ve ever known. I know that I will never again be able to listen to a Glen Campbell song without thinking of her. All of you are in my prayers.

Our condolences and prayers go out to the Brandt Family. I was fortunate to know Mrs. B for most of my life. During those years I had many opportunities to witness her generosity, and genuine care and concern of those around her. Although Mrs. B will be missed, her impact on her family, the community and the lives that she touched (including the four legged ones) will forever be part of her legacy.
