Ralph David Ortiz IV, 36, beloved Father, Son, Brother, Grandson, Nephew and Friend passed away on Friday, June 14th in Santa Fe. He is preceded in death by, Paternal Grandfather Raphael G Ortiz, Maternal Grandfather Alfonso R Martinez, Sister Rochelle Gallegos and Cousin Josette Vigil-Rivera. He was born on June 05 1983, in Santa Fe, New Mexico to Ralph David Ortiz III and Elisabeth “Liza” Smith. He is survived by his father Ralph David Ortiz III, Mother Elizabeth “ Liza” Smith (Husband Greg Smith), Children Linayah and Adrian Ortiz; Sisters, Jennifer Arquero, Jayla Ortiz, Jessica Ortiz, Rosalie Gallegos; Brothers Gregory Smith and Shepard Smith; Goddaughter Jenissa Chavez; Nephews Jelani Kingsbury, Uriah House, Ziah Gallegos- Thorton; Nieces, Jalynne Saavedra, Champagne Saavedra, Reyanna Ortiz, Jenissa Chavez and Lizabelle Sleeper; Paternal Grandmother Josie Ortiz, Paternal Grandmother Rosalie Martinez; Mother of his children, Shianne DeVargas; David also leaves behind numerous Aunts, Uncles, close cousins, and many friends. David touched the lives of so many people in the very short time he was with us. Rosary will be held on Thursday June 27th at 7pm at St. Anne’s Church; Funeral will be held on Friday June 28th at 10am at St. Anne’s Church. Pallbearers will include; Jayla Ortiz, Daniel Mayes, Joshua Vigil, Andres Rodriguez, Freddie Martinez and John Martinez; Honorary Pallbearers will include Gregory Smith, Shepard Smith, Alfonso Martinez, Benjamin Martinez, Luis Munoz and Marclino Silva.
