Mary Angie Ulibarri

Our beloved mother and grandmother was called home by our Lord on November 1, 2019.  She was preceded in death by her husband Eloy Ulibarri Sr. and parents Emelina and Vivian Archuleta.

Mary was a beautician for years before she decided to retire.  Mom was a great cook and made the best tortillas which she learned from her grandmother.  She was very religious and traveled to Rome, Medjugorje, and many other places.  She was a parishioner of Our Lady of Guadalupe Church where she had proudly served as president of the Altar Society.

Mary is survived by her sons Jimmie (Mary Ann) Alfonso (Agnes) Pete (Carmen) and Eloy (Judy) 12 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren and many extended family members.

Funeral mass will be held on November 19, 2019 at 9:30am at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 417 Agua Fria.  Burial will follow at the National Cemetery at  11:15am.  Immediately after a meal will be served at the Elks Lodge, 1615 Old Pecos Trail. 

Serving as pallbearers: Jose Ulibarri, Victor Ulibarri, Charley Ulibarri, David Mayrant, Dennis Bernal and Rick Baca.

In lieu of flowers, Mary’s family has requested memorial donations be made in her name to the Carmelite Monastery at 49 Mt. Carmel Road, Santa Fe, NM 87501.
