Jim R. Salazar

Jim R. Salazar, brother, father, grandfather and uncle passed away on Monday, December 17, 2018.  Jim is survived by his sons Jerome (Vida) and Gerald (Nora); sister Lori Culberth (Steve), brother, Steve from Las Vegas, Nevada, grandchildren Marisol, Justin, Derrick and Mariah, nephews and nieces Charlie Yardman; Chris Yardman (Vicky), Elijah, Isaiah, Andres, Miquela and Angelo; Steve Thomas Culberth; Jacob Salazar, Marla Salazar & Doris Logar, and many other great-nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his father Isauro E., mother Norma, sister Annette Phillips, nephew Mark Phillips, granddaughter Desiree Solano and sister-in-law Stepheine Salazar.  A rosary and memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Berardinelli Funeral Home.  Services will be held on Friday, December 28, 2018 at St. Francis Cathedral at 10:00 am with interment at the National Cemetery at 2:15 pm.  Pallbearers are Gerald (Casper) Solano, Jerome Sanchez, Charlie Yardman, Chris Yardman, Steve Culberth and Isaiah Yardman with military honors from the Marine Corp and Santa Fe Police Dept. Honor Guard and Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Honor Guard.
