Jacob Antonio Romero

Jacob A. Romero, a lifelong resident of Santa Fe, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, September 18, 2021. Jacob was proceeded in death by his maternal grandmother Lucy Romero and paternal grandparents Jose and Consuelo Romero.

Jacob is survived by his beloved parents, Patrick and Lorraine Romero, sister Lorinda, brother Raymond (Victoria) and his nephew Jeremy as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Throughout Jacob’s life he was surrounded by people who loved him. Many of his friend’s children considered Jacob an uncle, two of which spent a lot of their childhood around him, Patrick and Marie. Jacob was very close to his family. He loved listening to music, fishing, hunting, cooking, working on his Impala, drawing, and making others laugh. He was quite the marksmen, was very creative and had a special way of showing you how much he cared. His laugh alone would make you smile, and his heart was always welcoming.

Pallbearer is Jeremy Romero and honorary pallbearers are Patrick Rivera and Marie Rivera.

Rosary/Funeral Services will be held at St. John the Baptist Church on Tuesday November 2, 2021 at 1301 Osage Ave, Santa Fe, NM. Rosary will begin at 10:00am followed by the funeral mass at 11:00am.
