Being an avid reader and an extrovert, she enjoyed conversation on a broad range of topics. She was a loyal friend and an inspiration to many. She had a deep concern for those living in poverty and especially for the homeless. She volunteered with the Northern New Mexico Food Depot and with the Santa Fe Homeless Shelter [Pete’s Place].
Her interest in art projects led her to participate in the early development Meow Wolf in Santa Fe , the original immersion art adventure.
Her love of music and dance led her to visit the Nia Studio Santa Fe where she found her true calling as a Nia practitioner and finally a Nia teacher.
She loved to cook and share her experiments and her favorites with others.
She will be remembered for her strong spirit, her energy, her enthusiasm, and her ability to share and inspire others through dance.
