We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our beloved Elizabeth Romero.

She was set free from her earthly struggles on October 30, 2021. She is now home with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Elizabeth 31, a resident of Rio Rancho was born November 4,1989 in Santa Fe, NM.

Elizabeth previously worked for the State of New Mexico and just recently went back to school to further her education.

Elizabeth was a loving Daughter, Granddaughter, Sister, Aunt, Cousin and Friend. Elizabeth was adored for her sweet caring soul. She was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly. She will be dearly missed for her jokes and that beautiful smile that could light up your soul. Her nephew and nieces thought the world of her and couldn't wait to visit with their Auntie Liz. Elizabeth was a Denver Broncos fan and was ready to give you a hard time when your team was playing her Broncos.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her Uncle Anthony Trujillo, Aunt Angel Chrystyne Trujillo, Grandfather Seledon R. Trujillo and Octovio Romero.

Elizabeth is survived by her Mother Bridgette and Stepfather Miguel, Father Jerry Romero (Donna), her Sisters Jolyn Trujillo (Andy Trujillo) of Los Alamos, Anna Marie (Edward) of Albuquerque and Selina Herrera of Albuquerque. Nephew and Nieces, Alijah, Anaiyah and Bethea. Grandparents, Josephine and Billy Law of Espanola and Rita Romero of Chimayo. Also survived by Aunts Joann and Priscilla, Special cousins, Michael Montoya of Rio Rancho, Alyssa Trujillo of Espanola, Christopher, Nicky and Victoria Garcia of Chimayo and many other special extended relatives and friends that she cherished.

Services will be held on November 9, 2021 at 4:00pm at the Berardinelli Family Funeral Home in Santa Fe, NM. Burial is pending at this time.
