Our loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully at home after an extended illness with kidney failure.
Leona was a wonderful mother, grandmother, friend and neighbor to all who were blessed to know her. The family would like to thank all her neighbors, friends, PMS hospice staff, her pastor, and volunteers at kitchen angels for all the love and kindness they showered Leona with.
Leona is survived by her son, Larry Livingston, daughter, Barbara Metze, grandchildren, Monica Hennie, Tara Livingston, Justin Metze, and Jeff Metze, and by six great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Santa Fe, NM on January 8, 2018 at 10:30am. Interment will follow at the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45.
