Age 93, born February 19, 1924 of Moses, New Mexico to Francisco and Camelita Valdez, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones Thursday, July 13, 2017 at home in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Proceeded in death by her beloved parents, brothers, sisters and brothers-in-law.

Survived by sisters, Jose Arellano, Elizabeth (Anselmo) Bowles and Donna Valencia, and her boys, Christopher and Joshua Valencia; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Christopher Valencia, Julian Kilkenny, Anthony Bowles, Andrew Valencia, Kenneth Gallegos, Joshua Valencia, and Frank Joe Duran and John Montano.

Honorary Pallbearers are Bill Patrick Sanchez, Joe Arellano and Todd Duran.

A rosary will be recited on Wednesday, July 19, 2017 at 7Pm at Berardinelli Mortuary.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Francis Cathedral Basilica at 11am on Thursday, July 20, 2017.  Reception will immediately follow at the McGee Memorial Chapel: 1320 Luisa St., Santa Fe, NM 87507
